By accessing or using the services provided by Krab.ai Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (India) and Krab Inc. (US) (collectively referred to as "Krab.ai," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Krab.ai provides AI-powered financial services for the trucking industry, including:

• TMS (Transport Management System) - Fleet management software
• Krab-Neo - AI-powered lending platform for instant business loans
• Biltybook - Digital ledger and accounting application

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident of India
• Have the legal authority to enter into these Terms
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Lending Services

Important: Krab.ai is a technology platform that connects borrowers with RBI-licensed Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and banks. We are NOT a lender ourselves. All loans are originated, underwritten, and disbursed by our partner financial institutions.

By using our lending services, you acknowledge that:

• Loan approval is subject to the lending criteria of our partner institutions
• Interest rates and terms are determined by the lending partners
• We use AI/ML technology to facilitate the application process only
• Your data will be shared with lending partners for credit assessment

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Use the services only for lawful purposes
• Not misrepresent your identity or business information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of Krab.ai and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Loan approval or any specific loan terms
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The accuracy of AI/ML predictions or recommendations
• The suitability of our services for your specific needs

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krab.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Krab.ai, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
