We retain data for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

• Application data: retained for regulatory timelines or until account closure and audit completion.
• KYC and lending records: retained per RBI/NBFC regulations.
• Analytics data: retained in aggregated or anonymized form where possible.

Upon expiry of the retention period, we delete or anonymize data securely.
